So You’ve Got a Website: Can anyone find it?
Having a church website is great. And most newcomers are going to want to visit your website before they ever visit your church. Can your church website be found? What are the tricks to getting your website to show up on search engines such as Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc? In this session, we are going to help you develop your website to optimize your online presence.

“I Didn’t Know About That!”: How to keep people in the loop and up to speed
Have you ever had your people say, “We didn’t know about that!” The event was in the bulletin for weeks, announced from the stage, and included in the monthly newsletter.  How are people still falling through the cracks? There are so many different ways to communicate today – print, spoken, phone, texts, emails, facebook, etc. How can we engage as many channels as possible in the simplest possible way?

Web 2.0: Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, Blogspot, Tweetdeck, Wordpress, IM, Skype.
Have you heard of these? You should have. More and more people are interacting through social media than ever. What do you need to know to utilize these tools to maximize your ministry?

“But It’s in the Budget!”: Managing the church’s cash flow in today’s economy
How does your church manage the money that comes in every Sunday? What happens when your expenses for the week are greater than what is collected? How do you develop a healthy financial culture within church staff and lay leaders? Just because it’s “in the budget” doesn’t mean it’s in the bank! Managing finances is more than having an annual budget.
